Since its founding in 2009, American Solar Direct has built up an impressive list of accolades. The Challenge

By mid-2015, American Solar Direct had thousands of happy customers and an offline referral program that was generating new business, but not in a trackable or scalable way. So, the company decided to invest in a referral solution that could automate manual processes and scale results.

Initially, the business signed with a lower cost vendor. “We soon learned that weren’t able to integrate that product with Salesforce and our commission structure as easily as we had hoped,” Schaefer recalled.
