At Ambassador, we try to make it as easy as possible to conduct a powerful referral reward program. It shouldn’t be intimidating to get your customers to become proactive brand ambassadors.
We’re happy to announce the latest step in that mission: a brand new, easy to use dashboard for the Ambassador platform! It gives you all the information you need to know the impact of your brand ambassadors.
Here are some of the exciting new features that we’re unveiling with the dashboard:
Everything At-A-Glance: With our new dashboard, you get more information with less clicking. As soon as you log in, you see an intuitive presentation of all the metrics associated with your referral program.
Campaign Toggle: If your referral program has several campaigns running at the same time, you are now able to easily toggle between them or aggregate their data directly on the dashboard. This not only saves time, but also gives you a better way to compare the performance of your campaigns.
Shares: You’ve always been able to see how many clicks your ambassadors are generating, but now you can see how much they are sharing their links and through which social media channels. This gives you a grasp on the intangibles of referral programs, because clicks aren’t the only way to see how ambassadors are promoting your brand.
Clicks Per Share: There’s a difference between one tweet producing 100 clicks and 100 tweets producing 1 click. That’s why we’ve added a metric called Clicks Per Share (CPS) that tracks the average clicks that a share produces. It’s an easy way to see how potent your ambassadors are.
Social Media-specific metrics: Because knowledge is power, we added more detail to our new dashboard; including the ability to see which social media channels are producing shares, clicks, CPS, revenue, and commissions. As you click on each metric, you’ll see information drilled down to email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Activity Stream: You now have the ability to see what is going on in your referral reward program in real time with the activity stream. As ambassadors join your campaign, start sharing with their friends, and get results, you can see it all happen.
Top Ambassadors: With the new dashboard, you can easily see who the top performers are in your program. Using the “Top Ambassadors” feature, you can define the time period and metric (revenue, shares, etc) to see whom is doing the best job promoting your brand.
With these new features, you can spend less time figuring out how well your referral program is doing and more time expanding it.
